Southbound on the 101 FWY: Exit Ventura Road, Straight through traffic signal, We're on the right hand side.

Northbound on the 101 FWY: Exit Vineyard Ave, Turn left onto Vineyard, continue on Vineyard Avenue, turn right on Ventura Rd.
